Tuple's Enterprise Pricing Details

Active User Pricing

Tuple provides the greatest benefit when everyone in a given user's network has an account. It reduces the friction to start up a Tuple call, helping your team get their work done more quickly.

To make this more feasible for companies with thousands of engineers, we offer active user pricing on our Enterprise plan by default. This means:

  • Less administration time to provision/deprovision users.
  • No need for IT support to set up SCIM user deprovisioning.

How does it work?

A user is considered active if they've participated in a Tuple session in the last 90 days.

If a previously-active user goes inactive, a prorated credit will be issued for that user's seat on your next invoice.

If a previously-inactive user participates in a call, a prorated charge will be issued for that user's seat on your next invoice.

  • If you have 50 users on your team and everyone has participated in a call in the last 90 days, your team has 50 billable seats.
  • If you add 50 users to your team but no one has participated in a call in the last 90 days, your team has 0 billable seats.
  • If you have 50 users on your team and 30 of them have participated in a call in the last 90 days, your team has 30 billable seats.
  • If on a team with 50 active users, one user turns inactive while another user turns active, your team still has 50 billable seats.

Cost

We don't provide discounts for our enterprise plans, and there's a $25,000 annual minimum.

The graduated pricing tiers below are fixed.

Invoices are sent annually, with true-up invoices issued quarterly based on the increase or decrease in active users over the quarter.

  • If 25 new users activate halfway through the service term and no users have gone inactive, you're charged 50% of the annual per-user price for those additional 25 active users on your next quarterly invoice.
  • If 25 active users go inactive halfway through the service term, you're credited 50% of the annual per-user price for those 25 inactive users. This credit will be automatically applied towards your next invoice.
  • If 1 user becomes inactive and 1 user becomes active at the same time, you're credited and charged the same amount, resulting in a net $0 charge.
  • If 1 user becomes active and one week later 1 user becomes inactive, you'll effectively pay for 1 seat for one week on your next invoice.
